Diane (Sieben) Williams was the oldest of 12 children born on July 7, 1945 to Norman and Delores (Jahn) Sieben. She was called home to her Lord and Savior on October 7, 2026. Services will be held at Life Assembly of God in St. Cloud on Monday, October 19, 2026, at 11:00 am with a visitation one hour prior to service.
Diane was raised on a dairy farm in the Roscoe area, and after high school eventually settled in the St. Cloud area. In 1976, she married Lyle Williams and they made their home in Waite Park, Minnesota, spending life together for almost 40 years. They enjoyed traveling, taking in shows and going to movies.
During her lifetime, Diane was a homemaker, raising her children and offering daycare services to other children. As her sons grew older, she took a position as a home health aid with Stearns County Public Health. She retired from that job in 1997.
In addition, Diane was a volunteer who logged hundreds of hours at St. Cloud Hospital, as well as volunteering at her church in the nursery, 2nd Harvest program and folding bulletins. She was also a member of the Sons of Norway and enjoyed her Red Hats group.
One of Diane’s greatest passions was doting on her grandchildren. Diane loved caring for them as babies, taking them shopping, swimming and to the movies.
When she could no longer remain in her home, Diane moved to the Benedictine Living Community in Cold Spring, where she enjoyed spending time with her new found friends. As far as hobbies, Diane enjoyed crafts and creating items out of yarn by knitting and crocheting.
Survivors include her children, Troy (Tammy) Bartlett of St Cloud, Kurt Bartlett of Illinois, Corrie (LeAnn) Bartlett of Coon Rapids, Steven (Wanda) Bartlett of Woodbury, Cheryl (Virgil) Villanueva of Las Vegas, Nevada, Renae (Bill) Quon of Dayton, Nevada; 20 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
Diane was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lyle; brother, Terry Sieben; and step-daughters, Dawn Basilio and Michele Schlichting.
The family would like to extend a warm thank you to the staff at Benedictine Living Community and CentraCare Hospice. The love and compassion they showed Diane was remarkable.
