A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday October 3, 2026, at Becker Christian Center at 11:00 A.M. located at 15455 59th Street SE, Becker, MN 55308.

Brian Scott Angell, 64, of Clear Lake, MN, passed away peacefully on September 25, 2026.
He was born in Minneapolis, MN to James and Myrlene Angell. Brian graduated from Monticello High School. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy aboard the USS Midway.

On August 31, 1984, he married his beloved wife, Eda. Together, they shared 42 years of marriage and raised a beautiful family.

Brian was defined by his love for his family and his passions. He loved carpentry, tending to his bird feeders (especially Hummingbird and Oriole ones), playing a card game. He was happiest when all his family were gathered together spending time with him, especially if there were Chocolate Chip Cookies and Tacos. He will be remembered most for the love he showed to his family.

He is survived by his wife, Eda; his children, Jennifer Vig (Neil), Sheila Abfalter (Cory), Dennis Angell (Kendra); his grandchildren, Brendan (Boyd), Frank (Sam), Lillian, Nikolai, Allen, and Heziah; mother Myrlene (Paulson), brothers Wayne (Christy) and Kevin and his sister, Nancy.  He was preceded in death by his father James, his brothers Dennis and Jeff and his sister Carol.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Boys & Girls Club of Central Minnesota.
