Grief Support Grief Support

The death of a loved one is the single most stressful event that can happen to a person. The intensity, the amount of grief, the duration of the grieving periods, and the behaviors one uses to express grief can vary greatly from one person to another and from situation to situation.

The staff at Benson Funeral Home understands that grief does not end with the funeral. Our care does not end there either. We will continue to care about you, and we are here to help you throughout your grieving process. The grieving process is a period of time which may involve feelings of sadness, fear, anger, regret and loneliness. Through supportive listening these feelings can be transformed into hope and healing.
