     Dorian Jay Davidson, age 62, St. Joseph, MN, died Friday, March 2, 2012 at the St. Cloud Hospital.
     Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Jubilee Worship Center, St. Cloud, MN. Rev. Bruce Tessen will officiate. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 6, 2012 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN and one hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday. Burial will be in Mennonite Brethren Cemetery, Sawyer, ND.
     Dorian was born June 12, 1949 in Minot, ND to Wallace and Ruth (Vix) Davidson. He graduated from North Dakota State College of Science, Wahpeton, ND. On June 24, 1978 Dorian was united in marriage to Ruth Ann Schreifels in St. Cloud, MN. He was employed by Miller Constrution from 1971 to 1990. In 1990 Dorian started DM Building Corporation, serving as President until 2011. His hobbies included, being an artist, fishing, hunting, classic cars, gardening, scuba diving, golf, skiing and snowmobling.
     Survivors include his wife, Ruth A. Davidson of St. Joseph, MN; sons, Ryan (Jessica) Davidson of Sartell, MN; Christopher Davidson of Littleton, CO; mother, Ruth E. Davidson of Minot, ND; brothers, Don (Oma) Davidson of Haines, OR; and Terry Davidson of Minot, ND.
     He was preceded in death by his father, Wallace Davidson, father-in-law, Aloys Schreifels, grandparents, Christian and Emelia Vix and Claude and Mabel Davidson.
     Pallbearers will be Denise Brigham, Allen Bright, Gordon Hansmeier, Galen Kabe, Bill LeClaire, and Duan Westra. Honorary pallbearer is Jim Miller.
     Memorials are preferred to Coborn Cancer Center - Infusion.
