Sandi I. Lunde-Tadych, age 62, Kimball, MN died Thursday, February 9, 2012 at her home.
There will be no funeral service. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 15, 2012 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN.
Sandi was born July 13, 1949 in St. Cloud, MN to Clifford and Florentine (Terres) Lunde. She married Walter Tadych, Jr. on September 4, 1993 in St. John’s Lutheran Church, Kimball, MN. Sandi worked at Lunde’s Cafe in Cold Spring for 5 years and then at Vision-Ease for 35+ years. She played for 17 years in the Southern Division Dart League. Sandi was a member of Waite Park American Legion Post 428 Women’s Auxiliary and St. John’s Lutheran Church, Kimball, MN.
Survivors include her husband, Walter Tadych, Jr. of Kimball, MN; sons and daughters, Kenneth (Petrina) Mehr and their children Markus, Brady, Andrew and Destyn of Kimball, MN; Jason (Amy) Mehr and their children Dylan, Austin and Benjamin of St. Joseph, MN; Dana (Joe) Voigt and their children Lucas, Kasandra and Elizabeth of Waite Park, MN; and Tammy (Bernadette) Mehr of St. Cloud, MN; two step children, Robin (Bob) Stein and their children, Natalie and Zach; Ryan Tadych and his children Billy and Emily; brothers and sisters, Bob Lunde of Waukesha, WI; Dick (Nancy) Lunde of Rice, MN; Chip (Lurene) Lunde of Kimball, MN; Jeff (Jackie) Lunde of Eagan, MN; Judy Conley of Bonita Springs, FL; Jane (Bob) Stang of St. Cloud, MN; Mary Morris of Waite Park, MN; Cindy (Farren) Schaefer of St. Cloud, MN; and Michelle (James) Voss of Lakeville, MN.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Wayne Lunde and two sister-in-laws, Marlys Lunde and Rosemary (Tadych) Anderson; one brother-in-law, Michael Conley.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of St. Cloud Hospital Home Care/Hospice and her nurse Carla.
