Marian E. Andersen, age 80 St. Cloud, MN died Friday, April 1, 2011 at Talahi Care Center, St. Cloud, MN.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Benson Funeral Home Chapel, St. Cloud, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Tuesday. Burial will be Wednesday, April 6, 2011 in Acacia Park Cemetery, Mendota Heights, MN.
Marian was born January 24, 1931 in Minneapolis, MN to Hawkin and Ruth (Lind) Olson. She married Carl C. Andersen on June 25, 1949 in Minneapolis, MN. Marian was employed by St. Cloud National Bank, St. Cloud, MN for 19 years retiring in July of 1987. She was a member and past president of NABW, member of Business Professional Women, a Girl Scout Leader and past Board Member of Land of Lakes Girl Scouts, and Fellowship Bible Church, St. Cloud, MN.
Survivors include her husband, Carl C. Andersen of St. Cloud, MN; daughters and sons, E. Carol (Robert) Lipinski of Phoenix, AZ; Paula L. (Brad) Lingl of Paynesville, MN; David C. Andersen of Glendale, AZ; Peter H. (Bridget) Andersen of Sauk Rapids, MN; seven grand children, Lisa Lipinski, Nathan (Christin) Lipinski, Elizabeth Lingl, Joseph Lingl, Benjamin (Renee) Lingl, Emily Lingl, and Erik (Valette) Andersen; and five great grandchildren, Abigail, Riley, Ellie, Miley, and Landon.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one granddaughter, Jessica Lingl.
