Ruth M. Johnson, age 85, Paynesville, MN died Friday, January 14, 2011 at her home.
Private family services will be held. Burial will be in Atwater United Cemetery, Atwater, MN. Funeral arrangements were made by Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN.
Ruth Johnson was born February 27, 1925 in Westbrook, MN to Benjamin and Anna (Bushman) Knudson. She married Glenn K. Johnson on May 13, 1944 in Litchfield, MN.
Survivors include her sons and daughter, Michael Johnson of Willmar, MN; Ron Johnson of St. Regis, MT; Roy (Ruth) Johnson of Heron, MT; Karlene (Wilbert) Reif, Jr. of Frankenmuth, MI; fourteen grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Glenn, on September 10, 2006, and ten brother and sisters.
