Robert “Bob” E. Jungels, age 68, St. Cloud, MN, died Thursday, September 2, 2010 at the
St. Cloud Hospital.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Love of Christ Lutheran Church, 1971 Pine Cone Road, St. Cloud, MN. Rev. Paul Hennings will officiate. Visitation will be Monday, September 6, 2010 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN, and one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday. Burial will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Sauk Rapids, MN.
Bob was born February 19, 1942 in St. Cloud, MN to Edmund and Catherine (Kinzer) Jungels. Bob served in the United States Navy. He married Elaine E. Kollmann. Bob was employed by Pan-O-Gold Baking Company as a route salesman for 42 years. He was a member of Love of Christ Lutheran Church and St. Cloud Eagles Aerie #622.
Survivors include his wife, Elaine Jungels of St. Cloud, MN; son and daughters, Robert D. (Paula) Jungels and family of Waite Park, MN; Annette (Ken) Huling and family of St. Cloud, MN; Shannon (Mike) Wenning and family of St. Cloud, MN; sisters, Mary (Leon) Kellner and family of Cold Spring, MN; Inez (Don) Kankelfitz and family of St. Cloud, MN;mother-in-law, Frances Kollmann of Waite Park, MN; brothers-in-law, Richard (Diana) Kollmann and family of St. Cloud, MN; Dennis (Sandy) Kollmann and family of New Brighton, MN; Roger Kollmann and family of Waite Park, MN; Paul (Carolyn) Kollmann and family of St. Joseph, MN.
He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Jim, and father-in-law, Bernard Kollmann.
Memorials are preferred to Love of Christ Lutheran Church.
