     Patricia A. Petraborg, age 83, St. Cloud, MN, peacefully passed away in her home on Wednesday, July 14, 2010.
     Funeral services will be Monday, July 19, 2010 at 2:00 PM at First United Methodist Church, St. Cloud, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday. Burial will be in North Star Cemetery, St. Cloud, MN. Funeral arrangements were made by Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN.
     Patricia was born April 30, 1927 in Lake City, MN to Charles and Bess M. (Phillips) Megarry. She was raised in Aitkin, MN and graduated from Hamline University in 1949. Patricia married George R. Petraborg on December 28, 1950 in St. Cloud, MN. She taught for St. Cloud District 742 for 20 years, retiring in 1992. Patricia was a member of First United Methodist Church, AAUW, and PEO. She loved gardening and reading. Patricia especially enjoyed spending time with her family
     Survivors include a son, Kevin (Karen) Petraborg of Houston, TX; daughters, Karn (Robert) Jameson of West Fargo, ND; Kris (Keith) Jost of Anchorage, AK; brother, Richard (Marybeth) Megarry of St. Cloud, MN; and four grandchildren, Chelsey and Carley Jameson, and Allison and Daniel Jost.
     She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, George on March 24, 2009, sister, Jean Eckberg, and brother, Ronald Megarry.
     Memorials are preferred to First United Methodist Church, St. Cloud, MN.
