June E. Schuh, age 62, Bemidji, MN, died Monday, December 21, 2009 in St. Cloud, MN.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Assembly of God Missionary Fellowship, Bemidji, MN. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Kelliher, MN at a later date. Funeral arrangements were made by Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN.
June was born January 2, 1947 in Imperial, NE to Gaylord and Hazel (McAllister) Doty. On June 6, 1981, she married John J. Schuh in Motley, MN. June was employed as an English teacher for 37 years in Northome, Motley and Red Lake, MN. She also taught GED and ABE courses. June was an ordained Lutheran minister and was a Life Member of St. Cloud VFW Auxiliary #428.
Survivors include sons and daughters, Mark (JoAnna) Doty of Bemidji, MN; James E. Schuh of Bemidji, MN; Elizabeth Schuh of Thief River Falls, MN; Shelli (Randy) Krueth of St. Francis, MN; daughter-in-law, Dorothy Schuh of Kelliher, MN; nine grandchildren, Trisha Krueth, Teresa Krueth-Etter, Benjamin and Samantha Doty, Krystina, Anthony Jr., Kenneth, Douglas and Derrick Schuh; and three great grandchildren, Jeremy Donovan Yates, Lacy Yates and Grace Etter.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, John on December 9, 1995, daughter, Cathleen Schuh and son Anthony “Tony” Schuh.
Pallbearers will be Slim Carlson, Karl Johnson, Cliff O’Neil, Robin Hardy, Brian Bursey and Wade Rennemo. Honorary Pallbearers will be Ed Kindred, Lloyd Flansberg, Pete Halverson, and Randy Krueth.
