Nancy H. Albrecht, age 66, St. Cloud, died Wednesday, May 12, 2004 at Talahi Care Center, St. Cloud, MN.
Funeral services will be Saturday, May 15, 2004 at 10:00 AM at Benson Funeral Home Chapel, St. Cloud, MN. Visitation will be Friday, May 14, 2004 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN and one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Saturday. Waite Park American Legion Post #428 Auxiliary prayers will be at 6:30 PM Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, MN.
Nancy Albrecht was born February 20, 1938 in Omaha, Neb. to William H. and Goldie E. (Carrigan) Hayden. She married Marvin Owen Albrecht on May 6, 1961 in Minneapolis, MN. Nancy was employed as a cook by the Stearns County Jail. She was a member of the Waite Park American Legion Post #428 Auxiliary and the Eastside VFW Post #4847.
Survivors include a son, Scott (Rose) Albrecht of St. Cloud, MN; sister, Hope Bunnell of Tracy, Calif; four grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Marvin, on December 23, 1992 and brother, Theodore Kraatz.
