Milton Lawrence Peel, age 92, St. Cloud, MN died Friday, April 30, 2004 at
St. Benedict’s Care Center, St. Cloud, MN.
Funeral services will be Thursday, May 6, 2004 at 11:00 AM at Calvary Community Church, St. Cloud, MN. Rev. David Huffman will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the church. Burial will be in North Star Cemetery, St. Cloud, MN. Funeral arrangements were made by Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN.
Milton L. Peel was born on June 14, 1911 in Minneapolis, MN to Albert and Alma (Hellstrom) Peel. He married Florence E. Arlander of Minneapolis on August 22, 1936. Milton was a dental technician working in Rockford, IL before moving to
St. Cloud in 1936 where he worked for 40 years for the B. E. Thoele Dental Laboratory, retiring at age 62. He was a member of Calvary Community Church and held many positions pertinent to church activities.
Survivors include daughters, Marilyn E. (James) Benn of Walker, MN; Barbara L. (Ramer) Streed of North Mankato, MN; a son, Jonathan M. (Gretchen) Peel of Maple Grove, MN; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren and a nephew, Richard Dahlquist of Kingsburg, CA.
Milton was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Florence, on January 26, 1999 and a sister, Alice M. Dahlquist in 1944.
