Daniel Clayton Zezoney, age 28, St. Cloud, MN died Saturday, February 16, 2008 at his home.
Funeral Services will be Thursday, February 21, 2008 at 1:00 PM at St. Mary’s Cathedral, Upper Church, St. Cloud, MN. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 20, 2008 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN, and one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday. Parish prayers will be at 7:30 PM at the funeral home on Wednesday. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery, St. Cloud, MN.
Daniel Zezoney was born August 19, 1979 in Winter Park, FL to Francis “Frank:” D. and Karen C. (Christian) Zezoney. He graduated from Cathedral High School in 1998. While in high school, Daniel participated in basketball, baseball and cross country. In the spring of 2007 Daniel graduated from St. Cloud State University, where he was a member of the Political Science Club. Daniel was a member of St. Mary’s Cathedral. He loved the Green Bay Packers and the Minnesota Twins.
Survivors include his father, Frank Zezoney of St. Cloud, MN; sisters, Alley and Annie Zezoney of St. Cloud, MN; and maternal grandmother, Clara Christian of Green Bay, WI.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Karen, on September 19, 2004, maternal grandfather, Orville Christian, and paternal grandparents, Michael and Julia Zezoney.
Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.
Pallbearers will be Luke Watercott, Pat Bailey, James McCarvell, Chuck Black, Matt Murphy, Dave Price, and Joey Bettendorf.
