     Clarence “Hank” Henry Raasch, age 90, Belgrade, MN, formerly of Waite Park, MN died Friday, December 14, 2007 at his home in Belgrade.
     Funeral services will be Monday, December 17, 2007 at 1:00 PM at the Benson Funeral Home Chapel, St. Cloud, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Monday. Burial will be in North Star Cemetery, St. Cloud, MN.
     Clarence Raasch was born September 30, 1917 in Waite Park, MN to Paul J. and Louise (Meyer) Raasch. He graduated from St. Cloud Technical High School in 1935. From 1942 to 1945, Clarence served in the United States Army during World War II. Clarence was employed in Civil Service for 6 years and then for 17 years with the Fuller Brush Company as office manager. At one time he also served as the treasurer for the Waite Park Methodist Church. Clarence was a charter member of the Waite Park American Legion Post #428. He was also involved in bowling for many years, finishing 2nd in Nationals in Chicago in 1965. In his later years, Clarence was cared for by his great-niece Nadine Kretsch and her family in their home near Elrosa, MN.
     Survivors include many nieces and nephews.
     He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, Arthur, Alfred, Vernon, and Embert Raasch, and three sisters, Mabel Bohrer, Irene Kessler, and Edna Raasch.
     Pallbearers will be Adam Kretsch, Darrin Hecimovich, James Hecimovich, and Dennis Raasch.
