     Terry Robert Fox, age 51, St. Cloud, MN, died Sunday, August 12, 2007 at St. Benedict’s Care Center after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.
     Funeral services will be Friday, August 17, 2007 at 11:00 AM at St. John’s Episcopal Church, St. Cloud, MN. The Rev. Michael Wyatt will officiate. Visitation will be Thursday, August 16, 2007 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN. Burial will be in North Star Cemetery, St. Cloud, MN.
     Terry was born September 29, 1955 in St. Cloud, MN to William R. and Catherine A. (Bensen) Fox. He graduated with honors from Sauk Rapids High School in 1974 and attended St. Cloud State University. On June 13, 1976 Terry married Jill Maureen Ostlund at St. John’s Episcopal Church in St. Cloud, MN. He has been a prominent business owner in St. Cloud in the electronics and computer industry, starting in the family business, Team Electronics. Currently, Terry was CEO of Nexus Information Systems, Plymouth, MN and a partner in Infinite Campus, Arden Hills, MN.
     For over 20 years, Terry played trumpet with the St. Cloud Municipal Band, and recently joined the Rock City Jazz Band. He also served on the St. Cloud Municipal Band Board, and was a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church. As his children were growing up, Terry was an active member of the St. Cloud All City Marching Band, serving on the board, driving the golf cart, and supplying lots of water.
     Survivors include his wife, Jill Fox of St. Cloud, MN; daughter, Maureen (Timothy) Fox-Meyer of Eau Claire, WI; son, Andrew (fiancée, Samantha Hattey) Fox of Plymouth, MN; mother, Catherine Fox of St. Cloud, MN; brother, Joseph (Chris) Fox of Sartell, MN; and sister, Mary (Richard) Ekren of Davenport, IA.
     He was preceded in death by his father, William R. Fox, on December 11, 1990.
