    April 3, 1918 - August 5, 2007
    
     Florence Clara Feehan, age 89, Sartell, MN, formerly of Waite Park and Clear Lake, MN died Sunday, August 5, 2007 at Country Manor Care Center, Sartell, MN.
     Funeral services will be Monday, August 13, 2007 at 10:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church, 373 4th Avenue South, St. Cloud, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday. Burial will be on Monday, August 13, 2007 at 2:30 PM in Lakewood Cemetery, Minneapolis, MN. Funeral arrangements were made by Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN.
     Florence was born April 3, 1918 in Grand Forks, ND to Oscar Ole and Pauline Thea (Olson) Norby. She lost her mother at a very early age and was raised by her uncle and aunt, John R. and Minnie Therese Dicker. Later as an adult she was adopted by her aunt. Florence graduated from Grand Forks Central High School in 1936.
     Florence married William A. Henderson on September 2, 1942 at Fort Stewart Army Base, Savannah, GA. William died May 27, 1957. She later married Walter Phillipe Feehan on July 10, 1965 in Clear Lake, MN. Walter died September 11, 1993.
     Florence graduated from the University of North Dakota majoring in chemistry and dietetics. She did graduate studies at the University of Minnesota, St. Paul and interned at Walter Reed Hospital in Washington, DC where she was later employed. Florence was also employed as a dietitian at Fort Stewart, Savannah, GA; O’Connor Hospital in California; and University of Minnesota Food Services, Minneapolis, MN.
     She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of St. Cloud, Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority, Phi Beta Kappa Society, University of North Dakota Alumni Association, Order of Eastern Star North Dakota Chapter, and was a member of two bridge clubs in St. Cloud.
     Survivors include nephews and nieces, David (Donna) Brown of St. Paul, MN; James Brown of St. Paul, MN; William Brown of Vancouver, WA; Paula (Keith) Sanders of Detroit Lakes, MN; Barbara (Daniel) Hinnenkamp of Grand Forks, ND; sister-in-law, Lois Norby of Moorhead, MN; step daughter, Bonnie (Edward) Klucking of Ellensberg, WA; step son-in-law, David Westendorf of St. Francis, MN; eight step grandchildren and six step great grandchildren.
     She was preceded in death by her parents, adoptive parents, husband, William and Walter, brother, Chester Norby, sister and brother-in-law, Marian and John D. Brown, step son, Chester Feehan, and step daughter, Mary Westendorf.
