Maybelle S. Ingwell, age 90, St. Cloud, MN, died Saturday May 5, 2007 at Talahi Care Center, St. Cloud, MN.
Funeral service will be Thursday, May 10, 2007 at 2:00 PM at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, St. Cloud, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday. Burial will be in North Star Cemetery, St. Cloud, MN. Funeral arrangements were made by Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN.
Maybelle Ingwell was born April 14, 1917 in Cumberland, WI to Sigurd and Inga (Mathison) Brown. She married Paul E. Ingwell on May 28, 1939 in Cumberland, WI. They lived in St. Paul, MN before moving to St. Cloud, MN in 1955. Maybelle was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, PEO, Sons of Norway, St. Cloud State University Faculty Wives and St. Cloud Order of Eastern Star Granite Chapter #5.
Survivors include son, David Ingwell of Remer, MN; daughter, Susan (David) Sorsoleil of Howard Lake, MN; five grandchildren, Chris Sorsoleil, Andrew Sorsoleil, Emily Butryn, Anne Thomas, and Adam Ingwell, and three great grandchildren, Ariyah Thomas, Zoe Thomas, and Aiden Sorsoleil.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, Paul, on June 6, 1985.
Pallbearers will be Dave Sorsoleil, Chris Sorsoleil, Andrew Sorsoleil, Adam Ingwell, Bill Watrud, and Bob Oliphant.
Memorials are preferred to Heartland Hospice.
