     Raisa was born September 17, 1922 in Morshansk, Russia to Fedor and Evdokia (Krapivina) Tarev.
     Survivors include her husband, Sarkis Gavalov of St. Cloud, MN; and son, Sergey (Natalia) Gavalov of St. Cloud, MN.
