Christopher Douglas Jenson, age 34, St. Cloud, MN died Tuesday, March 27, 2007 at Hennepin County Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, March 31, 2007 at 11:00 AM at St. Edward’s Catholic Church, 804 South 7th Ave., Princeton, MN. Fr. Kevin Anderson will officiate. Visitation will be Saturday, March 31, 2007 from 9:00 to 11:00 AM at the church in Princeton. Burial will be private. Funeral arrangements were made by Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN.
Christopher Jenson was born July 7, 1972 in Milaca, MN to Curtis and Betty (Maybury) Jenson. He graduated from Cathedral High School in 1992 and St. Cloud Vocational Technical College in 1995. Christopher worked as a journeyman sheet metal worker in the St. Cloud area. He served in the National Guard for 12 years. Christopher was a member of Christ Church Newman Center and the Sheet Metal Workers Union Local #10. Christopher loved to hunt, fish and garden. He enjoyed spending time with his niece and nephews and beloved dog, Kramer. Christopher had a loving heart and valued his family and friendships.
Survivors include his parents, Curtis and Betty Jenson of Sauk Rapids, MN; sister, Sonia (Richard) Rucks of Rice, MN; brother, Adam (Jill) Jenson of Buffalo, MN; paternal grandfather, Andy Jenson of Glendorado, MN; and four nieces and nephews, Tiffany and Austin Rucks, and Ethan and Collin Jenson.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Dorothy Jenson, and maternal grandparents, Alex and Helen Maybury. |
