     Bernard “Ben” Plaziak, age 96, Sartell, MN, died Thursday, March 8, 2007 at the St. Cloud Hospital, St. Cloud, MN.
     There will be no funeral services. Funeral arrangements were made by Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN.
     Ben Plaziak was born May 28, 1910 in Brockway Township, Stearns County, MN to Andrew and Agnes (Katzmarek) Plaziak. He served in the United States Army during World War II as a cook. Ben farmed in Watab Township, Benton County, MN and was also involved in the construction business.
     Survivors include a brother, Andrew Plaziak of Sartell, MN
     He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, John, Frank, Lawrence and Felix Plaziak, and two sisters, Celia Ross and Rose Kraemer.
