     Raymond “Ray” Mumm, age 71, St. Cloud, MN, died Friday, October 13, 2006 at the St. Cloud Hospital.
     Funeral services will be Monday, October 16, 2006 at 10:00 AM at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, St. Cloud, MN. Visitation will be Sunday, October 15, 2006 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN and one half hour prior to the service at the church on Monday. Parish prayers will be held at 6:30 PM Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery, Little Falls, MN.
     Ray Mumm was born August 21,1935 in Cold Spring, MN to Aloys and Genevieve (Molitor) Mumm. He served in the United States Army in Korea from 1954 to 1956. On October 11, 1958 Ray married Mary Ann Benoit in St. Augusta, MN. Ray owned and operated Mumm’s Welding in St. Cloud for over 30 years. He was a member of the Minnesota Metal Craftsmen Association for 25 years and a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church.
     Survivors include his wife, Mary Mumm of St. Cloud, MN; sons and daughters, Jay A. Mumm of Sartell, MN; Cory R. (Lisa) Mumm of St. Cloud, MN; Troy M. (Teri) Mumm of Salt Lake City, UT; Pamela J. Broughton of New Munich, MN; Julie A (Mike) Zniewski of St. Cloud, MN; Kay M. (Mark) Stolt of Brookings, SD; Amy L. (Chris) Cotton of Clear Lake, MN; Kris A. Mumm of Maple Grove, MN; brother and sisters, Daniel (Marion) Mumm of Cold Spring, MN; Agnes Weirens of Coon Rapids, MN; Mary Popp of Sartell, MN; Delrose (Doug) Goenner of Clear Lake, MN; Alice Weisman of Minneapolis, MN; Joyce (Ron) Vesel of Stillwater, MN; and 17 grandchildren, Holly, Aaron and Kelly Broughton, Justine Revermann, Emily, Mathew, and Megan Zniewski, Alyssa, Kallie and Hannah Stolt, Tyler and Sydney Mumm, Carlos and Abby Mumm, Nick Cotton, and Calvin and Elliott Mumm.
     He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Ralph Mumm.
