| In Loving Memory of Mitch Sanchez August 9, 1965 – January 11, 2025
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, January 31, 2025 at the Benson Funeral Home Chapel, St. Cloud, MN. Mitchell Sanchez was born on August 9, 1965 in Los Angeles, California to Helene and Walter Schubert. He left us on January 11, 2025, at the age of 59. Mitch grew up in North Hollywood California surrounded by love and a strong sense of family, which shaped the kind, funny, and adventurous man he became. Mitch was a man of many passions, but none brought him as much joy as fishing, wood burning and cooking for family and friends. He also loved taking his sweet dog Ruby on his outdoor adventures. Whether casting his line in the early morning calm or sharing fishing tales over a campfire, Mitch found peace and connection in the great outdoors. He had an unforgettable sense of humor and a larger-than-life personality, bringing laughter and light to everyone who knew Mitch’s warmth, wit, and generous spirit left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him. Though he is no longer with us, his legacy lives on in the laughter he inspired, the memories he created, and the love he shared. Family meant everything to Mitch. He is survived by his sister DeeDee( Rudy), brother Mike, daughter Crystal, 1 niece and 6 nephews and many other family and friends, who shared countless memories of laughter and love, they were the greatest joys of his life. Mitch is preceded in death by his mother Helene Schubert , father Walter Schubert, brother Joe Schubert and sister Corina Sanchez.
