Words From Rita
The first time I saw my husband, Noe was paying the electricity bill at the old Western Union bank and I stopped to make a money order to pay my rent. Noe very chivalrously gave me his turn so I could go first. He asked me if I had a job, to which I told him that I had very little work, then he told me to give him my number and if he knew of anything he would let me know. From that day on we started writing to each other. He invited me to dinner and that's how we met. I thank God for giving me a wonderful husband. We had each other and in the time we were together I can thank God for everything.
Noe was a hard worker and friend. He was always thinking about the future and looking for new ways to be creative and work on his many businesses. He was a family man. We will miss him greatly. Noe lived a life full of love, laughter and cherished moments.
Noe is survived by his mother, Ceclia Castro Rodriguez; his son, Isaac Nelson; his wife, Rita Mejia Cruz. Sisters, Cristina Cazares; Florina Cazares; Cecilia Cazares; and brother Jose Mario Cazarez. Noe, you will forever remain in our hearts. Your spirit lives on in the love you shared and the lives you touched. We never wanted to say goodbye. We never wanted to see you go. We still feel your presence Even though you are no longer here. You are a part of our lives and you will always be. We know it won't be easy We know we're gonna cry But even in the midst of the darkness We remember the good times and all the happiness you brought to our lives One day we'll meet again Until then we'll take you with us 'cause you're a part of our souls See you soon We love you.
