Cynthia A. “Cindy” Bauer, 71 St. Paul, MN
March 15, 1952 – June 23, 2023
Cynthia Anne Bauer, age 71, of St. Paul passed away unexpectedly on June 23, 2023.
A Memorial Service celebrating Cindy’s life will be held on a future date at Country Manor Chapel, Sartell. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Arrangements are with Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN. Please check back for future details.
Cindy was born on March 15, 1952 to Norman and Shirlee (Herzing) Bauer in St. Cloud, MN. She graduated from Cathedral High School and then attended St. Cloud State University where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with a minor in French, a language that she loved and spoke beautifully. After teaching, she went on to work in retirement benefits at The Pillsbury Company and General Mills. Cindy enjoyed reading, listening to music and British humor. She was artistic and excelled in many mediums, in particular, stained glass work. She enjoyed traveling and took many lovely trips with her parents. She loved spending time with her family and with the various cats she adopted over the years. Her nieces and nephew fondly remember spending time with Cindy during family lake vacations.
Survived by: mother, Shirlee Bauer; sister, Mary Bauer; sister, Cathy (Rick) Bauer Schuett; brother, Robert (Laura) Bauer; nieces, Daria (John) McMillan, Gabby Schuett, and Sophia Bauer; and nephew, Jackson Bauer.
She is preceded in death by her father, Norman and brother, David Bauer. In lieu of flowers, please send memorials to felinerescue.org |
