Donna Marie Anderson, age 93, Sartell, MN, died Monday, April 11, 2022 at Country Manor Care Center, Sartell, MN.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Celebration Lutheran Church, Sartell, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday. Burial will be at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery, Little Falls, MN. Funeral arrangements were made by Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN.
Donna was born December 28, 1928 in Parker, SD to Tobias T. and Marie E. (Schaefer) Boese. She married Robert E. Anderson on March 25, 1951 in Parker, SD. Donna was employed by the State of Minnesota Crime Control for 16 years. Donna was instrumental in forming card groups with multiple friends throughout the Country Manor Campus. She was a very social person and made friends wherever she went.
Survivors include her children, Lorilyn (Jim) Cates of Sartell, MN; Joni (Duane) Rasmusson of Sartell, MN; Laird (Denise) Anderson of St. Paul, MN; sister, Judy (Hank Sinning) Schlunsen of Tea, SD; brothers, James (Sandy) Boese of Brooklyn Park, MN; and Richard Boese of Phoenix, AZ; seven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert on November 30, 2017, sister Norma Sinning, and grandson Chad Stoltzmann.
Pallbearers will be grandchildren.
