     Donna J. Alm, age 73, St. Cloud, MN died Friday, July 8, 2005 at the St. Cloud Hospital.
     Funeral services will be Tuesday, July 12, 2005 at 2:00 PM at Salem Lutheran Church, St. Cloud, MN. Rev. Kristen Anderson will officiate. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at the church on Tuesday. Burial will be in Minnesota Veterans Cemetery, Little Falls, MN. Funeral arrangements made by Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN.
     Donna Alm was born September 8, 1931 in Clark, South Dakota to Byron & Caroline (Klueber) Foss. She lived in Hetland, SD; Alcester, SD; Grey Eagle, MN; LeCenter, MN; White Bear Lake, MN. Donna graduated from White Bear Lake High School in 1949. She attended the Abbott School of Nursing from 1950 to 1952 and received her RN certificate in 1952. Donna worked at the University of Minnesota Hospitals from 1952 to 1953 then worked at Abbott Hospital from 1954 to 1959 and then in 1960 worked at a doctor’s office in Minneapolis. She retired from nursing in 1960 after becoming disabled from Multiple Sclerosis. She married Donald F. Alm on December 29, 1956 in White Bear Lake, MN. She was a member of Salem Lutheran Church, St. Cloud, League of Women's Voters and also volunteered as a bell ringer for the Salvation Army.
     Survivors include her husband, Donald Alm of St. Cloud; son, Benjamin (Cynthia) Alm of St. Cloud and daughter, Mary (Larry) Kluball of St. Cloud; four grandchildren, Heidi, Kamira, Tory and Jaclyn.
     She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Gerald and Donald.
     In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.
