     Donald F. Billadeau, age 83, St. Cloud, MN, formerly of St. Joseph, MN died Saturday, March 17, 2018 at St. Benedict’s Senior Community, St. Cloud, MN.
     A Memorial Mass celebrating Don’s life will be Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at 10:30 AM at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, St. Joseph, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday. Interment will be in the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery, Little Falls, MN. Funeral arrangements were made by Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN.
     Don was born on January 17, 1935 in Crookston, MN to Donald and Evelyn (Beaudry) Billadeau. He served his country in the United States Army from 1957-1959. Don married Joan Meyer on July 30, 1973 in St. Joseph, MN. He worked for Western Electric as an installer for 24 years out of their St. Cloud office. Don then moved to Mesa, AZ and worked for Chambers Electronics. Don was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, St. Joseph, The Knights of Columbus and was a former Grand Knight. He was also a member of the Communication Workers of America (CWA) and the Telephone Pioneers of America. Don was a loving husband, a great cook, and a man that was well liked by all.
     Survivors include his sister, Joyce Billadeau of White Bear Lake, MN; sisters-in-law; Marilyn (Francis) Court of St. Joseph, MN; Rosemary Meyer of St. Joseph, MN; Lois (Bruce) Berry of Minneapolis, MN; Eileen Zurnieden of Otsego, MN; Mary (Keith) Dombrovski of Paynesville, MN; brothers-in-law; George (Kathy) Meyer of Angora, MN; James (Maura) Meyer of Rogers, MN; Gerald (Judy) Meyer of St. Joseph, MN; and many other relatives and friends.
     He was preceded in death by his parents, and wife Joan on August 30, 2009.
