     Kay Anita Robbins, age 63, Zimmerman, MN died Monday, November 13, 2017, after a brief battle with leukemia, at Mercy Hospital, Coon Rapids, MN.
     Funeral services will be Saturday, November 18, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Benson Funeral Home Chapel, St. Cloud, MN. Visitation will be Friday, November 17, 2017 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN, and one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Saturday.
     Kay was born March 2, 1954 in St. Cloud, MN to Arthur and Alice (Janson) Metzger. She married Daniel B. Robbins on May 28, 1977 at Atonement Lutheran Church, St. Cloud, MN. Kay was employed by Crystal Cabinets as a scheduler for 30 years. She enjoyed shopping, casino trips, gardening and Sunday family dinners. Kay was a loving, caring, strong-willed, hard-working and devoted mom and grandma. She was also a very generous person known for always being there to help others.
     Survivors include her husband, Daniel Robbins of Zimmerman, MN; daughter, Courtney (Tony) Mickelson of Milaca, MN; son Jason (Cicillia) Robbins of Ewa Beach, HA; sisters, Diane (Gary) Barber of Waite Park, MN; Gloria (Larry) Blaske of Sauk Rapids, MN; Mary Adelmeyer of Waite Park, MN; Lea (Syl) Nistler of Auburn, CA; and Jean (Jeff) Freeberg of McGregor, MN; grandchildren, Bradley Hatch, Christopher Mickelson, Nautasha-Cheri Mas Morel, Robert Hernandez, Jose Mas Morel;7 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
     She was preceded in death by her parents, Art and Alice Metzger, parents-in-law James and Velda Robbins, brothers-in-law, Roger Adelmeyer, and Tom, James and John Robbins.
     In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.
