     Lorraine Anne Blissenbach, age 97, Waite Park, MN died Monday, August 29, 2016 at Sterling Park Health Care Center, Waite Park, MN.
     Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Waite Park, MN. Rev. David Grundman will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, St. Cloud, MN. Funeral arrangements were made by Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN.
     Lorraine was born September 1, 1918 in Luxemburg Township, Stearns County, MN to John C. and Mary (Klocker) Fink. She married Roman H. Blissenbach on October 26, 1940 in St. Cloud, MN. Lorraine was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, St. Joseph’s Christian Women and devoted to the Virgin Mary.
     Survivors include sons and daughters, Sharon (George) Hadrich of Avon, MN; Kenneth Blissenbach and friend Mary Yaeger of Prior Lake, MN; Linda (Richard) Arnold of East Grand Forks, MN; Robert (Karen) Blissenbach of St. Cloud, MN; sister, Helen Johnson of Kansas City, MO; nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
     She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Roman on November 19, 2005, brother, Norbert Fink, sisters, Celine Addison, Mildred Chapman and Dorothy Shull.
     The family would like to thank the staff of Sterling Park Health Care Center for their past five years of care and support of Lorraine. They would also like to thank the staff of Heartland Hospice for their compassion and care.
