     Alice G. Dwyer, age 83, Watkins, MN, died Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at Cherrywood of Richmond.
     Funeral services will be Thursday, February 4, 2016 at 11:00 AM at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Watkins, MN. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 3, 2016 from 4:30 to 8:30 PM at St. Anthony's Catholic Church and one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Sauk Rapids, MN. Funeral arrangements were made by Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN.
     Alice was born September 15, 1932 in Richmond, MN to George and Clara (Schug) Blasius. She married Douglas Dwyer on June 25, 1952 at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Richmond, MN. Alice was employed by Eye Kraft Optical in the accounting department for 43 years. Alice was a member of St. Anthony ‘s Catholic Church of Watkins where she was a member of Christian Women and the church choir. She was a member of the Choralaires in Litchfield for many years and also a former member of Watkins American Legion Post Auxiliary. Alice volunteered at Hilltop Care Center for over 15 years. She enjoyed gardening, embroidery, cooking, music and family celebrations.
     Survivors include children, Donald Dwyer of Watkins, MN; Tim (Sue) Dwyer of St. Michael, MN; Nancy (Tom) Kollmann of Richmond, MN; Karen Dwyer of Cold Spring, MN; daughter-in-law, Sandy Dwyer of Waite Park, MN; brothers and sisters, Norman (Julia) Blasius of Richmond, MN; Jim (Sandy) Blasius of Minnetonka, MN; Diann Sand of Richmond, MN; Charlene (Jerry) Bischoff of Eden Valley, MN; brother-in-law, Duane Mehr of St. Augusta, MN; sister-in-law Eileen Blasius of Richmond, MN; nine grandchildren, Angie Dwyer (Wade), Stephanie (Tim) Sexton, Nick Dwyer, Laura Dwyer, Emary Lee Kollmann (Bayo), Bryanna Kollmann (Chad), Derek Dwyer, Shaunté Dwyer, Mikaela Heid; and five great grandchildren, Izabell, Aniah, Izaiah, Ava and Bodhi.
     She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Douglas on June 30, 1986, son, Steve Dwyer on August 19, 2010, brother, John Blasius, sister, Marie Mehr, and brother-in-law, Gerald Sand.
