     Evelyn Stephens, age 83, St. Cloud, MN died Tuesday, January 25, 2005 at her home.
     Funeral services will be Friday, January 28, 2005 at 11:30 AM at First Presbyterian Church, St. Cloud, MN . Rev. Stacey Steck will officiate. Visitation will be Thursday, January 27, 2005 from 4 to 8 PM at Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN and one hour prior to the service at church on Friday. Order of the Eastern Star prayer service will be at 7:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Acacia Cemetery, Clearwater, MN.
     Evelyn Stephens was born April 3, 1921 in St. Cloud, MN to Edward and Caroline (Barrett) Schultz. She married Vincent A. Stephens on June 19, 1943 in St. Cloud, MN. Evelyn was a member of First Presbyterian Church where she was active in many groups including Ladies Aid and Prime Timers and was in charge of the church bake sale for many years. She was a 50 year member and past Worthy Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star Granite Chapter #5 and a member and past High Priestess of White Shrine. Evelyn also volunteered for many years with the Salvation Army. Evelyn enjoyed traveling extensively.
     Survivors include her husband, Vincent of St. Cloud, MN; daughters, Nancy Maas of Monticello, MN; Carol (Kevin) Flanigan of Minnetonka, MN; three grandchildren, Christopher (Lisa) Maas, Molly (Chris) Drossel, and Kelly Flanigan; three great grandchildren, Dylan, Gage and Veda Maas.
     She was preceded in death by her parents.
     Pallbearers will be Dylan Maas, Christopher Maas, Kelly Flanigan, Molly Drossel, Kevin Flanigan and Chris Drossel.
