Michael Bernard Ohnstad, age 55, St. Cloud, MN formerly of Coon Rapids, MN passed away Saturday, October 26, 2013 at his home with family by his side.
Funeral services will be Saturday, November 2, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Benson Funeral Home Chapel, St. Cloud, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to service at the funeral home on Saturday.
Michael was born July 27, 1958 in Minneapolis, MN to Alton and Anne (Goltzman) Ohnstad. He married Carrie J. Anderson on May 22, 1999 in Crystal, MN. Michael was Food and Beverage Manager for several businesses including Earle Brown Lanes, Brooklyn Center, MN and Matties Lanes, South St. Paul, MN. He loved to read, golf, and spend time at the lake with family.
Michael will forever remain in the hearts of his wife, Carrie J. Ohnstad of St. Cloud, MN; daughter, Shelley (Randy) Hazelrig and their son, Parker of Austin, TX; son, Tony (Jennifer) Sederberg and their children, Joshua and Mason of Shoreview, MN; daughter, Emily Lade of St. Cloud, MN; sister and brother, Linda (Keith) Brown of Coon Rapids, MN; and Gary (Kristi) Ohnstad of Andover, MN.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Vincent Silva and Edward Silva.
