     Rosemary Barbara Ganz, age 77, Rice, MN died peacefully Saturday, September 21, 2013 at Ridgeview Place, Sauk Rapids, MN after battling cancer.
     Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Annunciation Catholic Church in Mayhew Lake. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday. Funeral arrangements were made by Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN.
     Rosemary was born December 3, 1935 in Morrill, MN to F. Paul and Ann (Valentine) Hesch. Rosemary worked for the Triangle (now Rumors) and Good Shepherd Community where she later retired. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 476, Rice, MN and Annunciation Catholic Church, Mayhew Lake.
     Rosemary enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, sewing, playing cribbage, and bowling, having bowled a 300 game.
     Survivors include sons and daughters, Keith Ganz of Rice, MN; Val (Allen) Gronau of Rice, MN; Chuck Ganz of Arkansas; Tom (JoAnn) of Rice, MN; Cyndi Dropps of St. Joseph, MN; Patty (Mark) Peitso of Avon, MN; Larry (Nancy Thell) Ganz of Sartell, MN; Lynn (Doug) Kardell of Rice, MN; Ande (Dave) Thompson of Rice, MN; Amy (Lamonte) Ramey of Perham, MN; 27 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and sister, Lenore (Virgil) Seiler of Waite Park, MN.
     She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Mark Ganz, one daughter, Susan Ganz, one sister, Arlene Schmitbauer and three brothers, Donald, Raymond and Larry Hesch.
