Wanda Lorraine Dickson, age 93, Sauk Rapids, MN, died Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Home, Sauk Rapids, MN.
Funeral services will be Friday, March 15, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Home Chapel, Sauk Rapids, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the chapel on Friday. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Royalton, MN. Funeral arrangements were made by Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN.
Wanda was born March 1, 1920 in Swan River Township, Morrison County, MN to James W. and Myrtle A. (Gessner) Wolters. She married Donald Dickson on December 29, 1941 in Morrison County, MN. Wanda was employed in food service at St. Cloud Technical High School. She was a member of First Assembly of God Church, St. Cloud, MN.
Survivors include sons, David K. (Joanne) Dickson of St. Cloud, MN; Roger L. (Pauline) Dickson of Justin, TX; daughters-in-law, Sharon Dickson of Fridley, MN; Christine Dickson of St. Cloud, MN; sisters, Thelma (Harold) Johannes of Riverdale, ND; Rowena (Weston) Johannes of Bismark, ND; seven grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Donald on May 6, 1985, sons, Dale and William, brothers, Richard, Milton and Roderick Wolters, and sister, Wilma Port. |
