Donald Conway Hagen, age 71, Sartell, MN died Friday, March 8, 2013 at the St. Cloud Hospital, St. Cloud, MN.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, St. Cloud, MN. Visitation will be 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM Tuesday at the church. Burial will be in Oakhill Cemetery, Sartell, MN. Funeral arrangements were made by Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN.
Donald was born September 13, 1941 in Alameda, CA to Daniel and Dorothy (Hintz) Hagen. He married Gayle Nauman on July 12, 1975 in Oakland, CA. Donald worked with computers. He lived in Texas for 14 years and retired in Minnesota to be near family. Donald was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He was a member of the Optimist Club. Donald was active and enjoyed tennis, bowling, swimming and especially music and playing the guitar.
Survivors include his wife, Gayle Hagen of Sartell, MN; daughters and son, Elizabeth (Chris) Peacock of Fairfax, CA; Elise (Richard) Adams of Nephi, UT; Rebecca Campbell of Petaluma, CA; Daniel (Kim) Ford of Rice, MN; 14 grandchildren; mother, Dorothy Hagen of Alameda, CA; one brother, Richard (Cathy) Hagen of Alameda, CA.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Pallbearers will be Erik Adams, Nathan Ford, Daniel Ford, Alan Sias, Bryan Brindley and Steve Bairett.
